  Dear New River Valley Bicycle Association,

  As you hopefully already know, the Blue Ridge Chapter of the National MS Society has a bike tour coming up September 27-28, 2008 in Buchanan, VA (about 30 miles north of Roanoke) called Bike MS 2008: Best of the Blue Ridge, Artie Levin Memorial Ride. We have sent or e-mailed you brochures and other informational materials to display or hand out to your members. We wanted to ask that if your bike club has an upcoming bike ride or event, we would really appreciate if you would please display these brochures and materials so other bike enthusiasts might hear about our upcoming fall bike tour. If you would like more brochures, please e-mail me back or call me and I will send you more.
  Also, our chapter has another inquiry. We were wondering if your bike club has an e-newsletter, mailing list, or club calendar that you send out upcoming bike information to. If your club does, our chapter would like to ask if you would please consider including information about our upcoming fall bike tour in those newsletters. If there is a fee, please e-mail me back with the information and we would still be interested in advertising in your newsletter.
  If your bike club has not received information or brochures about our Bike MS 2008: Best of the Blue Ridge, Artie Levin Memorial Ride and would like some, please e-mail me back and I will be glad to send you some materials. Also, you can go to our Bike MS website anytime at www.bikemsva.org for more information. Thanks again for all your help and support!
